How do I report a problem?

There are several ways for residents to report an issue:

  1. Click on the "Report an Issue" button in the lower right-hand corner of the website Home page
  2. For city residents that have a Front Desk account with the city, you can report an issue on your resident portal page under "Forms" on the left-hand navagation menu.
    1. From there, you will choose "select a form" from the dropdown menu on the right and then select "Ask a Question/Report a Complaint"
    2. Fill out the form and then submit. 
  3. Request a paper form from the finance office at City Hall

Once any version of of a reported issue is submitted, the report will be reviewed and discussed at the following city coouncil meeting. Therefafter, you will be informed of the results and any action to be taken.
